As our dream progressed, a few other individuals were eager to join our team, and they quickly became key players in launching the business. Despite having the vision of providing customers with authentic food, the challenge of starting a successful new business lay ahead. In order to progress, a marketing and event planning department needed to be established, and as such, the following appointments were made:
Ohdra (Marketing Specialist) is responsible for managing all aspects of catering events, including planning, preparation, and execution. She is in charge of communicating with clients to determine their needs and preferences, creating custom menus, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the event.
Gabby (Event Coordinator) is responsible for managing all aspects of catering events, including planning, preparation, and execution. She is in charge of communicating with clients to determine their needs and preferences, creating custom menus, coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the event.
Doris Sanchez (Los Chamos’ mom) is one of the hardest-working individuals and is responsible for creating the majority of the delicious food that you will taste and enjoy at Los Chamos. Please see below for additional background information.
