New venezuelan restaurant is about to open in Lynn
Inside Los Chamos, you can enjoy tipical arepas y cachapas with venezuelan cheese
When I heard of a family very close to open a new venezuelan resturant in Greater Boston, we decided to contact Ohdra Cuevas and Mario Rondón, founders of the family’s venezuelan restaurant of Los Chamos.
This restaurant located in Lynn is doing the final preparation to start to attend their customers and will be inaugurated on March 12th. The owners told us that all their efforts are focused to prepare traditional venezuelan cuisine.
Ohdra Cuevas, whose is in charge of marketing, assures that opening a restaurant is her family’s dream have since they arrived to Massachusetts.
These venezuelan entrepreneurs are convinced that this will be the prefect opportunity to join venezuelan community with the rest of the latin communities in Boston area, meanwhile, they’ll keep the heart of their culture with a non-american menu and competitive prices in Lynn area.
The founder team assure that one of the biggest obstacles about traditional food is the import of typical products.
For Los Chamos, having access to these products will mark a great difference between your local and other venezuelan restaurants inside Boston area, because they explain that their goal is to offer beverages and ingredients that really represent venezuelan cuisine.
In Los Chamos, you can enjoy the tipical arepas and cachapas (better known as arepa de choclo in the colombian community) with venezuelan cheese, and beverage like malta, chicha y Frescolita soda.
